Our Company

The Roof Installers Inc. began its history in 2002, but in reality it was started many years before, Kevin Kittleson is the president of The Roof Installers Inc. and started his roofing career in 1981 as a labor for a roofing company in Texas, he moved up the ladder quickly becoming a superintendent for the company by 1984. In 1985 the company sent Kevin to Florida to run a couple of large commercial projects , after the projects were completed Kevin decided to stay in Florida, Becoming a state certified roofing contractor in 1988 and has been installing roofs in the central Florida area ever since.

We thoroughly inspect your roof and will make recommendations that will save you money in the future
We offer many different types of roofing materials and warranties
All People that work on your job are employees. We use no subcontractors. If a contractor says that he uses subcontractors they must be licensed by either the state of Florida or local counties, if not they are breaking the law
All of are employees are covered by workers compensation that exceeds the minimum coverage required by the state of Florida.
Provide you with a written estimate that easily explains the specifications and costs of your project.
We have Insurance that exceeds the Florida state requirements, and will provide current certificates upon request
We have General Liability insurance that exceeds the minimum coverage required by the state of Florida.
All installation is according to manufactures specifications.

Though clean debris from your yard and use a magnetic sweeper to pick up nails and leave your yard as clean as before we started the project.
Provide you with a 5 yr written warranty and lien waiver upon completion of job.
